Dubai, UAE - 2026: This season, Chôm Chôm is introducing a new series of weekly activations running from the beginning of April through to the end of June, giving guests even more reasons to return to the neighbourhood-style Vietnamese restaurant. Designed to reflect the venue’s playful spirit and laid-back approach to dining, each activation brings a different element of interaction to the table, from family-friendly evenings to hands-on experiences and surprise rewards.
Together, the weekly concepts reinforce what Chôm Chôm does best: serving Vietnamese food in a way that feels approachable, generous and full of character, while creating memorable moments that encourage guests to come back throughout the season.
Thursday Nights for Little Diners
Every Thursday, Chôm Chôm will host Kids Noodles Night, a family-friendly experience built around a dedicated children’s noodle menu featuring approachable Vietnamese dishes and desserts designed for younger guests. The menu includes favourites such as Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi, Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, Beef Short Rib Pho, Chicken Pho, Vegetables Noodles, Chicken Noodles, Chicken Wings With Rice, alongside desserts including Condensed Milk Caramel Flan, Coconut Sorbet and Pandan Milk Cake . To make the evening even more engaging, the experience will be complemented by simple interactive touches such as activity sheets, beginner chopsticks and small junior chef-inspired elements, making it a fun and easy introduction to Vietnamese cuisine for children.
A Hands-On Vietnamese Ritual Every Saturday
On Saturdays, guests are invited to take part in DIY Summer Rolls Saturdays, an interactive dining experience that brings a classic Vietnamese ritual to the table. Each setup includes rice paper, fresh herbs, pickles, vermicelli noodles and a choice of protein such as chicken, prawn or tofu, allowing diners to build their own summer rolls exactly to their liking. Guided by the Chôm Chôm team, the activation transforms dinner into a shared and participatory experience that is as social as it is delicious. Summer Rolls are priced at AED 45, Hanoi Summer Rolls at AED 50 and Prawn Summer Rolls at AED 65.
A Playful Surprise to End the Week
Every Sunday, Chôm Chôm introduces Pick the Pencil, a playful concept that gives every table the chance to win a little something extra. Hidden among a selection of sharpened pencils will be one unsharpened pencil, and the guest who picks it will receive either 20 percent off their bill or a dessert on the house. Designed to reflect the restaurant’s light-hearted personality, the activation adds an element of surprise to the dining experience while encouraging repeat visits from guests eager to try their luck again.
